The honey comes from Iggelbo, six kilometers southwest of Månkarbo. Iggelbo is almost like Uppland in miniature. Here, on a small surface, you can experience a multifaceted nature with everything from spruce forests and dry outcrops to lush deciduous forests, an old cultivated landscape and a lake rich in birds. Because the environment is varied, an unusually large number of different animals and plants also thrive.
Iggelbo is a municipal nature reserve, formed by the municipality of Tierp. The municipality is responsible for the management of the reserve and for the supervision of the regulations.
